Cache problem with schedule posts

I have a website where new posts are scheduled in advance and they are published everyday automatically.

Since 2-3 weeks, the cache is not cleared when the posts are published. The home and the archives are not cleared. I have to do it manually. I tried wp-cron and cron from my host but no improvements.
