Please add User-Agent header to the cche preload request to be a valid request.
Maybe other headers ar required to be a valid request. You can use the Bad Behavior plugin to test.

these are wget’s request headers:

GET /req.html HTTP/1.0
User-Agent: Wget/1.12 (linux-gnu)
Accept: */*
Host: domain.net
Connection: Keep-Alive
