as far as I see that the page was not cached. did you enable all the checkboxes of wp fastest cache?
All the checkmarks had disappeared from the settings on their own.
Strange, this plugin has been in use for 7 years and nothing like this has ever happened before, so it never even occurred to me to check the settings.
are you using the Elementor plugin?
are you able to save the settings now?
I thought the cache was working last time, and the load time was fine back then, but now when I check with the debugger it looks like the cache is not active. There’s also no <!-- WP Fastest Cache file was created ... --> line in the source code.
I’ve double-checked that the cache settings are enabled — all the checkboxes are ticked.
When I test the site speed with Pingdom, I get the results below, but they can’t be correct since there are only 2 requests:
- Performance grade: A/100
- Load time: 124 ms
Google PageSpeed Insights reports that the site’s performance assessment failed, and GTmetrix shows a load time of 5.4 seconds.

Ok, that issue is fixed.
When I check the pages with the debugger, I see this:
cache-control: max-age=0, no-cache, no-store, must-revalidate
