 * WordPress Multisite.
   If website is after proxy, settings files and cache files
   are not generated.Directories and files path contains “:443” (colon 443)This 
   occurs directories and files are not created.

 * I tryed identify problem.
   After many hour I have to give up.Anyway, there is 
   problem with paths which contains string :443
 * `$request_headers['Host']` contains string: :443 and perharps this occurs, the
   cache file is not save on disk.
 * There is few places which create paths based on host name.
   The character sequence`:
   443` appears in the path of each one.
