Cache never shows full

    I have the maximum cache size set to 128mb, but it goes very quickly to 42.78mb, and then never shows that it gets any fuller. I go to the cache folder and it is 457mb. Why is this not working?

    If you are using Chrome, look in the developers console to see if this is related to a JavaScript error visible. Older themes can sometimes cause this symptom because functions used in the older jQuery versions are no longer supported by the latest a WordPress core version, and it can break ajax updates in admin.
