 * Honestly I’m not sure what’s happening, but it’s driving me insane. 80% of the
time I modify anything in backend, I have to click save several times, before
the new setings appear. Or I’d go back and it would have reverted to previous
value. Or, since I’m using a translation plugin, it will save the title on all
three language, instead of only in English. Or it will save the English title
in the Spanish tab. And other crazy stuff. Sometimes just saving once and waiting
works, other times unless I change the value and click save several times, nothing
   changes.
 * This is not the same as wanting to disable browser cache in order to view changes.
I don’t have any issue with that.
 * The little info I managed to find on the web sugests the host has enabled cache
even for admin, but my htaccess file doesn’t mention anything about cache.
 * For two weeks I’ve been trying to build my site and while I can sort of make
it works, I feel like my time and sanity are slowly being lost. Help appreciated.
   Thanks.

 * Please provide a link to a page on your site where we can see this. Thanks.

 * That’s not something you can see on a page, as I said, it’s just a matter of
having to save settings and posts and stuff several time, before the changes
   actually set in.

 * If I know where your site is and can view it, i can get an idea of whether it’s
   being cached.

 * I noticed as well that when logging in, I have to refresh the page or it appears
as if I haven’t yet logged. Yeah, definitely on frontend too.

 * I don’t see any explicit caching, but please check with your host. They may be
doing this via litespeed caching on their end.

 * OK, thanks. So what should I be asking my host? Whether they cache the site?

 * Yes. Do they do any caching and is there a way for you to clear it when necessary.
