 * while troubleshooting scripts, I have to toggle a plugin then u/l my script for
my changes to take place. Now the site is reverting back to old copies of the
script. I removed the script from the server then u/l’ed. The new version finally
loaded (verified in console) but 3 min later it reverted back to the old version
   again.
 * When I first noticed this going on, the admin, who even admits he doesn’t know
code, thought that installing w3cache to help the issue. He did this about 4
   days ago.
 * I reinstalled core files since he installed that plugin, and the problem seemed
to clear, until tonight when the behavior described above started happening again.
 * There are currently no other plugins besides w3tc, but I believe there was one
in the past before I came along.
 * How do I determine if an old plugin is reeking havoc on our site? Is that possible?
What else could be causing this behavior.
 * I have even cleared my browser cache, and this will not allow the newer version
of the script to be loaded either.
 * Any help would be appreciated!
    Thanks, Jennifer Cowles

 * I am still having issues with cache. I have determined that wp_supercache is
what was on there before. I have removed the insertion it creates from wp-config,.
htaccess looks clean, I removed and removed wp-content/advanced-cache.php and
   wp-content/wp-cache-config.php
 * I just can’t fully remove the cache folder, I get permission errors.
 * I am still having caching errors that I can’t get around. I can’t get freshly
uploaded copies of my scripts loaded into the wp environment, it is holding on
   to old versions of these.
 * Any advice how to proceed?
 * Thanks,
    Jennifer Cowles
