    “Cache Error: Looking for cache that doesn’t exist. Now using a backup feed.
    This error is only visible to WordPress admins.
    If you are using a caching plugin, try enabling the option on the Customize tab ‘Cache error API recheck’ or ‘Force cache to clear on interval.”

    Where can I enable these options?

  • Hello Shianne1993,

    I think this message is coming from the “Instagram Feed” plugin. Try going to Instagram Feed > Settings > Customize. Scroll down until you find “Cache error API recheck” (near the bottom of the page) and enable that setting.

    Hopefully that’ll fix it for you!
