 * It gives me this error message when I’m trying to get on wp-admin/install.php
   page.

 * What can I do?

 * Try to upload a fresh copy of the wp-includes folder.

 * Doesn’t work.

 * Check (via FTP) if you have that `cache.php` file in the wp-includes folder. 
   Also check its size, it shouldn’t be zero.
 * And, finally, a “fresh copy” means new download, new unzip, new upload.
