Does Cache Enabler automatically detect plugin, theme and WP core updates when these updates happen silently or when they are initiated remotely?

I use MainWP to remotely manage website updates. I configure Cache Enabler to clear the cache when software updates happen but does the cache get cleared when those updates are not initiated by someone who is logged into the WP dashboard? If not, is there a filter/hook I can use to make the cache clear?

The Cache Enabler plugin will automatically clear the complete cache if the WordPress core is updated or the theme is switched. The Cache Behavior setting has an option that allows the complete cache to be cleared if a plugin is updated. You can also make use of the clear cache hooks.
