This plugin doesn’t control caching itself. You can then have full control of the caching at the CDN level. * I think there is also a way to set the caching policy on the blob itself but I need to spend some time looking into this. I need to figure out all the changes that would be required to do it. Hopefully releasing shortly! * I use the latest version of the PHP library that Microsoft released. It ended up being pretty easy actually.
