Cache contents not showing up & pages not expiring

I’m using PHP caching, and cached pages are being created and served correctly, and cache files are being created in /cache (both /blogs and /super-cache directories). However, nothing shows up when I rebuild the index of WP-Cache / WP-Super-Cache in the admin section, pages are not recreated when I update the posts (though this may be a separate issue — I’m using custom post types, should that be working?), and I can’t clear the cache. The only way I can clear posts out is to delete them in the cache directory.

Is there anything that can cause this kind of behaviour? I migrated the site from one URL to another, is it possible that there’s a file path saved in the database somewhere that’s pointing to the wrong place?
