 * Hi,
 * If I change something in a file, then I go to that page, it still shows the old
   code. I tried to use another device and clean the browser history in that device,
   it still shows same issue. I use my iPad to check, even I clean the histories
   in ipad, it also shows same issue. For example, I change sidebar, it shows same
   old side bar.

 * You need to clear cache after you change something. Hover over Performance in
   admin bar, then click on Empty all caches.
 * Let us know if it works.
