/cache and /cache/all perms error

    I have just installed the plugin on our dev server and I get the error below, when I try to enable:

    – /wp-content/cache/ permission has to be 755
    – /wp-content/cache/all/ permission has to be 755

    The group / owner of both folders is root : root and perms are 755 – I don’t see what else I can do in order to resolve this – the perms seem to be set per the plugin spec
