 * Apologize for the late response.
    We have another support system (xlplugins.com/
   support) which is monitored regularly.
 * Reg you query, it depends upon what type of caching are you using? If you have
   hard page cache i.e. serving HTML no PHP, then the page is completely cached,
   new changes won’t reflect until the cache is cleared.
    If you look into your 
   caching plugin settings, I think you will find a way. (Minimize the duration)
   or so.
 * But I do understand your point, I have passed the info to the team, we will come
   up with a progressive solution soon.
 * If you have any further query, do raise a support ticket at xlplugins.
