 * is there a cache in wp or something similar?
    I removed a plugin and reinstalled
   it, and it stores previous settings…

 * Most plugins store their settings in the MySQL database. It’s good coding practice
   for the developer to include a function that removes this data when the plugin
   is deactivated, but not all of them do.
