C Panel login problem?

1) this is a terrible & unprofessional web program. It took me over an hour to get my username & password (which I was forced to change) accepted, just to post one lil msg.

2) Problem: My username & password work for loggin in to that large blue login design that is the first login to your blog. Then when I try to login in to the smaller login box for the (c panel) they don’t work. I suspect it takes a diff. one. I looked in my manila folder for the blog & see a differt one in an email from wordpress months ago, but it does not work either.
(*) Since I don’t use their name in my URL, they won’t make access available. Can anyone inform me how to find out the
Username, &
Password
to get into my c panel?
or be able to change them?
