• I have a mature site owner who is a registered user on her blog, but does not want to have to login to comment on comments others have made. Every time she posts, her comment is held for moderation. Please, is there an easy way to stop this from happening? IOW, can I whitelist her somewhere? TIA for any thoughts! (I’m running Akismet for spam, and the comments are operating fine except for this one commenter.)

Thanks for your heads up, but I’d already done that. Other than Akismet, there should be no stopping any comments, but still when this one user posts, her comment is always held for moderation. Does anyone know any place to whitelist one user? TIA for any further help.

Sorry, I don’t find the white list setting place.
Did you add the commenter IP to black list? Or her name to black key word? You could check it in dashboard and the Akismet. I didn’t use Akismet ever, so I am not familiar with its settings.

With the comment only being held for moderation, and not being marked as spam, it does indeed sound like something in your comment moderation section might be causing this. There are no blacklist settings in Akismet.
