# Byethost / HTTP Errors

 * Well, I just got my website up and running, ([http://go2south.com](http://go2south.com))
   and I am having difficulty with installing plugins. The tag cloud is empty, and
   the other tabs are empty, and clicking on “Install” (the plugins widget) from
   the Dashboard returns the message: “An unexpected HTTP error ocurred during the
   API request”. I am using Byethost.com, and I understand this might be related
   to a firewall of sorts or mySQL. Can anyone help me out?
