 * It would be nice to be able to select this to work by device. Currently it works
   on iPad in Portrait mode, but not Landscape.
 * The main reason I am using it is not because my existing menus do not look good,
   but that their CSS does not play well with a touch device and I do not want to
   edit the theme’s base code to fix it.

 * I am working on a major upgrade for the plugin and this issues is addressed on
   that version so that you can choose the size.
