By changing the order, invoice number changes.

Hi,
I’m using your plugin, which I find amazing.
I have only one problem.

I had to change an order after creating the invoice.
This bill, however, is not updated.
If I cancel the invoice, and then re-create it, it is assigned a next number, the last order.

This creates an accounting problem, we are missing some bills.

Please update plugin to latest version and this will be fixed.

Hi,
I did the upgrade, everything was ruined.
Fortunately, I have a backup.
I’ve updated the plugin, all the invoices have disappeared….
Bills are no longer visible, it says to recreate them, even those already created.

Can you tell me what’s inside folder uploads/woocommerce-pdf-invoices/attachments?
And in uploads/bewpi-invoices?

Can you try switching between Reset yearly option?

If you are using the plugin since version 2.6.x then there should also be a folder in uploads/bewpi-invoices. You can copy paste all invoices into correct uploads/woocommerce-pdf-invoices/attachments folder or woocommerce-pdf-invoices/attachments/2017 depending on Reset yearly setting.

I have this folder, inside are the bills.

Why do I have to move them into the other folder?

As you can see in changelog since 2.7.0 bewpi-templates and bewpi-invoices aren’t used anymore. I think that something went wrong with the update.

Improved: Uploads directory by moving all files (templates, invoices and fonts) to new ‘uploads/woocommerce-pdf-invoices’ directory! Do not use the old uploads/bewpi-invoices and uploads/bewpi-templates anymore!

You can copy/paste all invoices to the new uploads folder.
