Buying it is a pre-sell

You download the freebie, it can only handle small files, and they upsell you for $69. Then you try to export a small site (71 Mb) and it can’t handle the load. Then you contact them and they want to upsell you again to DropBox or some other outfit for about $100. An autoresponder comes to you telling you how they want to help you but it isn’t attached to customer support until a later time. This may work well for some folks with small loads but, if you don’t have time to fool with results, it isn’t the program you need. Asking for a refund. Doesn’t live up to its promises. I don’t need to pay $69 to get more marketing to pay another $100 to someone else.
