Buying a Digital Camera

    Hey, I want to buy a digital camera, that produces clean images, that I can use for webdesign, that are clean, and crisp, without fragments, fuzzyness or grainyness. I live in Canada, and I’m looking for something just under the $500 mark. I was thinking something like the FUJI FINEPIX S3100, but I’m not quite sure…. I wanted some feed back before I jumped into it, ne suggestions.
