Buyers are Not Successfully Redirected to Downloads Page after Transaction – EDD

    Hi,

    I am using EDD to sell digital products online. Not all but few of my customers are not successfully redirected to “Purchase Confirmation” page after making transaction with PayPal, they send me messages that they’re unable to download product though they have made successful transaction.

    I have enabled PayPal auto return to “ON” and added “Purchase Confirmation” page URL but still few of the buyers are not successfully redirected to product download page.

    My customers are getting poor User Experience with my site, though I’m working hard to resolve this issue but still undone. I want to make sure every buyer can download product after successful transaction.

    Please help me out of here. I need help from Pippin Williamson or any WP Expert.
