    Hi,

    You can click “resend purchase receipt” on the payment. This will reset their count (if you set a limit) and allow them to download again.

    You can check if the user has downloaded the file by going to your download’s edit/publish screen and clicking “View File Download Log”.

    Thank you sumobi for your help – 1st resend receipt test works a treat and gave another 2 download attempts (both worked)!

    The 2nd test to resend a 2nd resend receipt when clicked said download limit had been reached etc. (Is this to do with clearing cache?)
    This is not a problem for me because resending the receipt once giving an extra 2 download attempts is more than enough for any buyer.

    Even though an initial resend receipt will have the original date on it – does the 48hr time limit restart a fresh?

    To be honest, I’ve never tried resending the receipt after the initial resend to check if they can be used again. Does clearing the cache work?

    The receipt will always have the original date on it if that’s what you mean.
