• This theme may be great, but this company has TERRIBLE customer service. I paid $39.00 to upgrade to the paid version and when I received the download link, it said invalid order. So, I contact them within an hour of purchasing this item and explain what is going on. They respond back with, “this is a valid purchase”.

    I respond again, (less than 48 hours of the purchase) and they tell me that I can provide them with my WP login credentials and they will install it for me. NO WAY am I going to just give away my password. This isn’t an installation issue. I know how to install a template.

    I have sent them a screenshot of the download screen with error message and they still won’t help me. Its been almost a month now and I have a case out with Paypal. I am out $39 and no template.

    They have also insinuated on Paypal that I am lying. I have emails and dated screenshots, there is more than enough proof to show I am telling the truth. Furthermore, I don’t even care about the refund if they would just send me a valid download link.

    To be fair, I really like this template and that’s why I paid to upgrade from the free version. But right now I am completely stuck, they won’t try and fix the problem or refund my money. Being it is a digital item, I don’t even know if Paypal will help me out.

    Just take caution before purchasing, I notice one of the 5 star reviews are from the company itself. If the company decides to take action and do something about this, I would be more than happy to update this review.

    This is their response to my paypal claim. (Keep in mind, I can’t even download the theme because their link doesn’t work. As I have told them NUMEROUS times this isn’t an installation issue.) I have sent them screenshots. All I need is a valid download link.

    There is nothing more to say to such clients like these.

    Theme doesn’t install client says. We said alright fine send us the URL of the site and WordPress admin details if it doesn’t work for you.

    Its as simple as that either follow documentation, install yourself or else ask us to install.

    What else can one expect out of us? You get the theme for free, pay for Pro if you like, now you download that too and then ask for refund means either you want to take that as well for free and not sending us details means the same thing. How come 14000+ other paid customers can download the theme and not this client is again a BIG mystery.

    Intelligent people will understand who is right and who is wrong here.

    Again we hold nothing against this client or any other client for this matter.

    We can help if the client asks for help but outrightly asking us for Refunds when we don’t force anyone to buy from us is wrong.

    And he just proved my point. This company has not helped me at all. As I’ve told them on at least 5 different occasions. This is NOT A INSTALLATION problem.

    It’s simple. The download link that the company provided was invalid. I could not access the files for this theme, because of it. I emailed them immediately after receiving the download and they will not send me a functional link.

    I can install this theme perfectly fine on my own, IF I had the files. I am not one to take things public like this, I’m not a complainer. But, I am hitting my head on a wall because this company refuses to help.

    As I told them, I would not want a refund if I actually got the product. They have accused me of lying. I have sent them screen shots I have sent them a bunch of emails explaining and they still won’t help.

    In fact, they haven’t responded to my last few emails. I’m not looking to make trouble. Just want what I paid for and at this point other people have a right to know how difficult it is to work with this company. I’m out $40 and don’t have anything to show.

    PayPal suggests money has been refunded to your account so again we aren’t at fault for this.

    As for the link being invalid since you placed a dispute first instead of connecting with us it went to order being on hold than completed hence showing the download link as invalid.

    I hope these clarifications help you understand our point too.

    Again its better to connect with us and we are approachable instead of approaching payment gateway and in this case WordPress.org review section.

    I just spoke to the owner via email. I was not alerted that I received a refund yesterday. This is a result of me disputing the claim.

    I’m sympathetic to the owner, but I still feel as I was treated poorly through this process. I’ve been accused of lying on several occasions, even though I have tried to provide everything to them to show that I wasn’t.

    To note: I contacted the company with 3 different emails before going to PayPal. Downloadable products are time sensitive, so I did open a case faster than I normally would. But, I did give the owner ample time to assist me.

    I wish the company the best and no hard feelings, would’ve liked the theme.

    3 different emails on the same night in a span of 2 hours time only. So basically we are in India and could have only responded after 7-8 hours. Can’t say that as ample time.
