• We purchased this plugin a few years ago through the original developer. We recently had a client request new features and paid $100 to 10Web for an updated license. We were unable to activate the plugin so we reached out to support.

    They accessed our backend and ended up deleting the original plugin and did not put it back. The forms on the site were broken and the client was unable to use their site.

    After over a week of waiting on support to find a resolution, we were forced to find an alternative plugin (of which there are many good ones). Even though we could recreate the forms with the new plugin, we lost several years worth of form data. This was all due to incompetent/negligent customer support.

    After over 2 weeks of back and forth and waiting on a solution we asked for a refund and they refused. Their support is horrible and their no-refund policy when they clearly caused the issue is unacceptable. We are disputing the charges with our credit card company and hopefully they will get our money back.

    10Web issued a full refund. I was going to remove this review but apparently that’s not possible.

    I appreciate their cooperation.
