Using our plugin, it is possible to provide different percentage discounts based on cart quantities.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to offer a different percentage discount for multiple quantities that are added to the cart. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Since our discounts are dynamic, it is not possible to stack discounts.

That’s too bad I was sure there is a way to do it, it seems like there is no plugin for Woocommerce that has this ability, which is pretty odd, since I thought it would be a basic requirement.
