Buy at your own risk and loss

I bought this plugin at the beginning of January having read the advertising blurb. It leads you to believe the creating pages is as easy as creating posts. Furthermore it tells you that you can easily convert existing pages.
What it fails to tell you that you cannot use any theme formatting, styles or templates.
However, the worst part of this plugin is the company producing it. Despite contacting them within an hour of buying the plugin to let them know it doesn’t work with the theme styles and request a refund and despite contacting them on three separate occasions and attempting to contact them through Memberpress who recommended their plugin, I still have not received any response. I get the automated acknowledgement of my messages having been received, but they do not even have the courtesy to respond. Fly plugins just take your money and run, don’t deal with them.
