Buttons only

You should create a new download (page) for each product and there are no other way.
But you can put a Button for each products in a different page. So you can put all products Buttons in one page.

As @sajjad mentioned, the “physical” pages will exist no matter what but you can definitely use EDD’s shortcodes to present products however you’d like.
