Buttons not opening in a new window

    When I create shortcode buttons, they do not open in a new window/tab even when I check-mark that option. I’ve tried doing research on this subject and have not found any answers.

    Is there a problem with the plug-in that’s causing it to not function properly or is there something else I need to do to make this work? I’ve tried disabling other plugins to see if there was a conflict and it did not fix my problem.
