Buttons fail to appear in the text editor

    1. Only a few buttons appear in the text editor.
    2. With only “appear in Text editor” enabled, empty icon buttons appear in the visual editor. Some buttons still fail to appear in the text editor
    3. Updating each button’s settings for “appear in visual or text editor” everytime we want is a cumbersome feature. The activation in visual/text editor should be available on the main page as a bulk activation feature.
