Buttons don’t work Mobile onClick there’s a page reload

    hi there,

    awesome work, awesome admin UI/UX etc.. btw. —
    but the plugin sharing option doesn’t work on mobile devices (different browsers). desktop is fine and it seems to be working but on mobile the page reloads (our it opens a new tab) and nothing happens. in some browsers the button opens a new tab with a hashtag for example http://www.website.com/#facebook. i tried to deinstall all plugins interfering, but nothing seems to be the solution to the problem.

    browsers/system: iOS, safari, brave, firefox desktop/mobile
    also: i tested 2 other plugins and they seem to work

    Hi Markus,

    I would like to tell you that if you don’t have the specific app installed on mobile (the app which you are clicking to share on the website), the link will open in a new tab and nothing will happen.

    First, install that specific app on mobile. I hope it will work.

    Hi Markus, thanks for your kind words and initial troubleshooting.

    Sounds like something on your device is preventing AddToAny from loading.

    One quick test is to enable the “Cache AddToAny locally with daily cache updates” in Settings > AddToAny > Advanced Options. If it suddenly works, that shows something on your device is blocking major tools such as AddToAny.

    To find the root cause, have you tried temporarily turning off Content Blockers in iOS Safari and any VPN(s) you might have running?
