Buttons at post editor blocked

    Hi, I like and I think is a great plugin but I can’t use it any more.

    I don’t know why but when I’m at the post editor the button to change the view from “visual” to “text” it doesn’t work. The same problem with the “preview” button.

    I have problems with LuckyWP since the version 1.9.6 (I have also installed older versions) and I was waiting that the new updates could fix the problem without any sucess.
    I have tried with different browsers and with different WP versions. No luck 🙁

    I paste the error code of the console, maybe it could help. Thank you!!

    Which version of WordPress?
    Do you use plugin “Classic Editor”? How version?

    Now, it is the WordPress 5.3 and as I’m not admin I have to ask for Classic Editor version. As soon I know, I will reply.

    We tested on WordPress 5.3 + Classic Editor 1.5. Everything works well.
    Maybe conflict with someone plugin…

    We aren’t using Classic Editor.

    Do you know if there are some incompatibilities with Divi? Thanks

    Do you think that I would help? I mean, you will see that when I press the buttons it doesn’t work. Or do you mean an screenshot of the console error?

    I don’t understand where you use the classic editor and where the problem arises.

    Hi, where did you “see” that we are using Classic Editor?

    Classic editor (don’t plugin, i talk about editor).

    You write “change the view from “visual” to “text” it doesn’t work”… Show screenshot.

    Yes, you are right, but the developer told me that we don’t have this plugin.

    Maybe there is another option that enables to have the buttons “visual” and “text”

    We have the buttons “visual” and “text” and our developer has told me that we don’t have the Classic Editor plugin. Now I’m asking him how is it possible to have these buttons if we don’t have the CE plugin.

    As soon I know if we have or not CE plugin I will let you know. Then, we can go on in order to know where is the problem

    Are you sure the problem is LuckyWP Table of Contents plugin?
    If disable LuckyWP Table of Contents plugin — problem disappears?
