Buttons at bottom of Book Table div

I wonder if you would look at http://www.anointedsongs.org and click on the book table menu item. At the bottom of the div are two blanked out buttons. When I look at the source code, I see the following;

The first button is “Contact” and the other is “dcma-copyright-notice” but I don’t know why they are being called into that div.
