  • For me, the buttons and related content hasn’t been showing in Firefox for the last week. I only updated to WordPress 3.6.1. yesterday.

    I really wish they could find out what is causing this. This plugin fits better with my theme than any I have tried.

    While everyone piling on to a topic can be uh, “therapeutic” has anyone posting here tried the support link from the plugin page…?

    Actually, I have submitted a support request. Maybe I just needed therapy.

    Hi All, apologies for not jumping in earlier. We were busy debugging the issue. We’ve confirmed that there is a display bug specifically on Firefox on Mac and PC. Working on other browsers. We’re working through the bug and targeting to have a fix released soon.

    @shareaholic YAY! That’s great to hear! πŸ˜€

    Hi everyone,

    We rolled out a fix for the issue this morning. Make sure to clear your browser cache, then visit your blog and have a look around. If you are still running into a visibility problem, please provide your web address so that we can take a closer look. Thanks!

    Thank you, everything is back! πŸ™‚

    Please will you confirm the current version number that includes today’s fix? I have no notification of an update on the backend of my WP-admin and am still only seeing 7.0.3.6 which is not working on a number of my sites, primarily spainbuddy.com

    Once the notification comes through I shall test again.

    Thanks

    @reparde – The change in code was made within the JavaScript. Because of this, a plugin update is not necessary. Just empty your browser’s cache and all caches in any caching plugins to make sure you are loading our most recent scripts. Please, let me know if you are still having trouble with visibility in the Firefox browser after following these steps.

    I see it’s working now:) That’s great! However I will be sticking with the new plugin I’m using. I like the fact that it has a G+ button and not share button only and that I can choose how many related posts to display as well as get analytics for how many clicks I get to the related posts. With Shareaholic, I can’t do any of that. πŸ™
