    Hi there,

I created a pop up and put inside it a CF7.
I update the footer feature and the pop up is ok.

But, i don’t want the pop up to appear after 30 seconds (for example), but i would like the pop up to open when i click on a specific button.

    How can i do that?
Thank you very much for your plugin and your support forum

    Francesco

    Hey there Francesco,

    Hope you’re well today!

Unfortunately this is not possible out of a box with the free version of the plugin.

However, there is an add-on in premium version called “JavaScript Events” which you can enable in Popup -> Settings that allows you to trigger popup by clicking on element with specific class or ID.

    Have a great day!

    Best regards,
    Bojan

    Hey Franz,

You can’t purchase an add-on separately, sorry if my sentence was misleading. The option is available after activation of this additional condition in the premium version of the plugin.

You can find the premium version of the plugin and the information about the prices in the plugin project page here by clicking on the download link.

If you have additional question about billing you can contact our billing department using this form: http://premium.wpmudev.org/contact

Select “I have a billing question” and they’ll help you from there 🙂

    Best regards,
    Bojan
