 * Is there a solution to duplicate an order in WooCommerce without creating it 
   manually?
 * My delivery company say they delivered my order but the customer says they didn’t
   get it. So I want to regenerate the same order.

 * When logged in _as the customer_ you should see the “Order Again” button on completed
   orders.

 * You could use an extension like [Shop as a Customer for WooCommerce](https://woocommerce.com/products/shop-as-a-customer-for-woocommerce/),
   or one of the alternatives in the WordPress.org repository, to log in as the 
   customer, and “Order Again” on their behalf.
