Button show in preview mode only

    I have completed all the customisation settings for the icons and they appear after each blog: When I select “preview”, another tab opens with the website displaying them fine, but when I quit out of that go to visit my website again the icons have vanished!
    I don’t have a cache plugin installed and I have cleared the cache on my PC.
    Help would be appreciated, please. This seems to be a great plugin otherwise and I’ll be happy to leave a review if this can be sorted.

    Okay, checking your site, there does not seem to be any of our markup in your pages, which means the plugin’s not being called for one reason or another.

    We would probably need to access the site to figure out what’s going on, if you’re fine with that you can contact us again on our contact form and provide with login credentials there.
