I have visited both pages, but I see the Cookie Policy correctly displayed on both pages. Have you managed to solve the issue in the meantime?

Hi Leon,
Thank you for your response. It’s correct that the Cookie Policy is working. But the button “Beheer toestemming” to manage the cookies you are allowing isn’t working.

Hi Justin,
I just visited your site from The Netherlands and confirmed that the manage consent section is working as well: https://snipboard.io/p0PcNq.jpg. It will only appear if consent can be managed. So for example it won’t appear if you’re using a cookie blocker, or configured a ‘Do Not Track’ setting in your browser (and configured Complianz to respect these settings).

Hi Leon,
I just made a short screencast: https://pixelheads.d.pr/kgv7WI
When I accept the cookies, go to the cookies page and click the button “Beheer toestemming” to manage the cookies the page gets refreshed and the cookies are “Geweigerd” at that point(?). I expect to manage the cookies, not that it’s instant “Geweigerd”.
Then I have to click again (page gets refreshed again) to show the cookie banner on the right bottom of the screen.

The behavior from your screencast is actually intentional. As you have configured the accept/deny banner, the only alternative to consent is to withdraw consent.
If you change to the categories banner (Complianz -> Cookie banner -> categories), this section will be replaced with checkboxes to manage consent per category instead.
