# Button missing on some pages

 * Hi all. First, thanks for the awesome plugin!
 * I’m working on a site, [https://www.osageambulances.com/](https://www.osageambulances.com/),
   and I’ve added a responsive menu button to the upper-right corner of the header.
   It works great…on some pages. On other pages, such as [https://www.osageambulances.com/type-i-warrior-ford-f350-ambulance-sold-to-city-of-dumas-of-dumas-ar/](https://www.osageambulances.com/type-i-warrior-ford-f350-ambulance-sold-to-city-of-dumas-of-dumas-ar/),
   it doesn’t appear at all. I’ve looked thru the code on the offending page, and
   I don’t see the button tag for #responsive-menu-button present at all.

 * It usually means that the template files for those pages are built different 
   and are missing the `wp_head()` or `wp_footer()` calls.
