# Button Link Error

 * I have a track order email that should link customers to my website’s track order
   page (where they manually enter their order # and email info). However, users
   that click on the button get an error that says “{“code”:”rest_not_logged_in”,”
   message”:”You are not currently logged in.”,”data”:{“status”:401}}”
 * The link appears to add some random info to the link, so instead of being **[https://website.com/track/](https://website.com/track/)**
   it points to something like **[http://delivery.website.com/TVFCYUEJA?id=151501=dkxSCQ=&fl=XUQ/XgIZfVF/Wi1sU=](http://delivery.website.com/TVFCYUEJA?id=151501=dkxSCQ=&fl=XUQ/XgIZfVF/Wi1sU=)**
 * Would appreciate any insight anyone can provide on how to fix this issue!
