• Could anyone please help me. I am having trouble with the hover state on my menu. I want the ‘highlight colour’ to fill the whole button like it does on this site, (see grey highlights on main menu) using only CSS (no images).

    On my site, the highlight colour (dark green) only highlights to the width of the word and I can figure out why?

    Similar, though I think maybe my previous post didn’t describe the problem correctly, so I thought I’d try and make a more coherent post.

    I haven’t received any resplies to the initial post, which led me to beleive I didn’t describe the problem particularly well!

    It sounds like you need urgent support and volunteer-based forums like WordPress.org aren’t the way to go for that. Sometimes threads don’t get answered at all. Try WP Jobs or CodePoet for paid support.
