Button goes to login page even for new visitors

    I have a client who does not have an account and has tried to purchase a course but the button takes her to a login page. On two different computers. She has cleared both her browser caches and restarted both computers.

    I have cleared the server cache, the website cache, the learnpress cache, and still the button persists in clicking through to a login page.

    One of the courses has no button at all. Something odd is going on.

    The website owner is tearing her hair out, so I need a resolution asap. Can you please help?

    – Please Enable Guest Checkout to buy courses without login http://prntscr.com/n6pm2k .

    – Free courses has no button, you can add button Enrol to the courses by turn off No requirement enroll in courses setting http://prntscr.com/n6pnu8.

    Hi – thanks. The No requirement enroll in courses is greyed out.

    Also, there are buttons not showing for courses with prices. Why is this?

    I have enabled Guest Checkout.

    OK, it is finally working now. There must have been a server cache which finally cleared because nothing happened after clearing the browser. Thank you!
