Which theme are you using, I am using the Astra theme currently which has a default color for buttons but the button block color settings on Spectra is not overridden as shown here:https://share.bsf.io/12uzrOLn?method=GET.
This could be more of an issue with your theme and not Spectra.

I’m using blocksy wordpress theme. Facing the same issue. Showing theme default colors instead of selected colors.

This is indeed not a Spectra issue as I have demonstrated with a different theme in this screencast https://share.bsf.io/12uzrOLn?method=GET.This could mean that this varies from one theme to another and so it may be dependent on the theme you are using.
Please contact the Blocksy theme support team and see whether they can assist with this.
