    Have you got a link to your website? That may help.

    Ideally you want to use a program such as Photoshop to edit the image files for your theme, that is if the menu buttons use images (which i’m guessing they do)

    If they are a solid colour however, it would benefit you to modify the CSS Stylesheet associated with your theme.

    That’s the only info I can give you without a link to your website.
