    Currently we are having some trouble with the mobile view popup. The accept button cant be clicked and therefore the banner stays and blocks half the screen…

    Hi @marvinschmitt,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

    We checked your site, and found custom CSS which contains mobile media queries, you are using inline styles with !important tags, but when the banner gets and extra class to be hidden, it can’t apply because of !important and wrong targeting. That’s why the banner is visible, you are mixing the bottom and top banner styles.

    Please locate the following CSS rule in your additional styles:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 667px) and (min-width: 320px) {
      #moove_gdpr_cookie_info_bar {
        top: 0!important; <- this is wrong, should be top -400 when has extra class
        margin-top: 60px;
        max-height: 180px;
        border-bottom: 1px solid #202020;
      }
    }

    and fix it like this:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 667px) and (min-width: 320px) {
      #moove_gdpr_cookie_info_bar {
        top: 0;
        bottom: auto;
        margin-top: 60px;
        max-height: 180px;
        border-bottom: 1px solid #202020;
      }
      #moove_gdpr_cookie_info_bar.moove-gdpr-info-bar-hidden {
        top: -400px;
        bottom: auto;
        margin-top: 0;
        max-height: 180px;
      }
    }

    Hope this makes sense.

    Hello @mooveagency !

    Thanks for the fast answer. Our developer tried to fix the issue this way but with the new code the pop-up would show on the bottom of the screen. We would like to keep the footer visible and are therefore specifically looking for a solution, that allows the pop-up to stay on the upper part of the screen but makes the button clickable.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi @marvinschmitt,

    Please remove the old code (first code snippet) and just apply the second snippet.

    @media only screen and (max-width: 667px) and (min-width: 320px) {
      #moove_gdpr_cookie_info_bar {
        top: 0;
        bottom: auto;
        margin-top: 60px;
        max-height: 180px;
        border-bottom: 1px solid #202020;
      }
      #moove_gdpr_cookie_info_bar.moove-gdpr-info-bar-hidden {
        top: -400px;
        bottom: auto;
        margin-top: 0;
        max-height: 180px;
      }
    }

    By this the info banner will be visible on the bottom of the screen on desktop, and will be visible on top in mobile (below the main navigation)

    Hope this helps.
