 * I created a page with shortcode:
 * [WPCR_SHOW POSTID=”1″ NUM=”5″ PAGINATE=”1″ PERPAGE=”5″ SHOWFORM=”1″ HIDEREVIEWS
   =”0″ HIDERESPONSE=”0″ SNIPPET=”” MORE=”” HIDECUSTOM=”0″]
 * but the “Create your own review”-button shows up twice on the frontend.

 * If you change “showform=1” to “showform=0” then it just shows once ???
    Looks
   like a bug or at least non logical…..
