 * Upgraded first day to 5.0. Big mistake. Nothing works. Nothing makes sense. Very
   poor execution. Complete lack of consideration for users. Trying to reach for
   a PRO status while destroying existing data.

 * There was exactly the same behaviour with NextGEN Gallery when it was rewritten
   for v2 and I thought it would just kill the plug-in.

 * Install version 4.9.1 manually. This will take care at least of the currently
   running polls.

 * Yes. The manual reversion works. Just requiring re-setting up the formatting.
   But the data was retained. A very scary sequence of events, with loss of face.
