Business Website themes

Hi,

I need to put up a web site quickly.

What is the best theme option (including paid version) that would give me page design & menu flexibility, resonsiveness, looks professional and later on enable me to add e-commerce capabilities supporting multiple currencies?

Also, anyone aware of themes that have on-demand multilingual conversion/translation capabilities? Reason I ask is because my site will need both English and French pages. Also will need to translate on the ecomm side.
